When I'm not working as an IT Professional, I am most likely running, cycling, bouldering, or inflicting some other form of exercise upon my body. Failing that, you will find me playing Dungeons and Dragons, or writing a story.

I started working on this project in late 2019, this was shortly after graduating from university and shortly before finding full-time employment in my field. A big part of my motivation for this project is the idea that this might be the remarkable thing I am supposed to do. It wasn't very long ago that I was stuck in a loop of existentialism. "What is the point in existing?" sort of chat. I struggled to scratch that itch for a while. The image I have chosen for a header on this page pictures me in the Scottish Highlands sitting on a rock and trying to figure that out. Eventually, Veil of Synnor among other things broke me out of this loop. A pretty neat story for interviews, I feel.

 The other part of my motivation is the awareness that great art is demonstrably possible in almost all conditions. I am working with a popular word processing software, a big monitor and a nice keyboard. This should be doable.
